• "Content" means any material provided by users through the Service, including text, photos, videos, audio files, and documents.

• "Message" means any content created by a User and scheduled for delivery to recipients based on specified conditions.
• "Recipient" means the person designated to receive a Message upon fulfillment of delivery conditions.
• "Paid Features" means features of the Service that require payment through our credits system.
• "Credits" means the prepaid units used to access Paid Features on the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimeHugs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any future updates, and to our Privacy Policy regarding personal data. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Overview

TimeHugs provides a platform for creating and scheduling delivery of messages based on specific conditions like future dates, inactivity, or milestones. Our Service includes text messaging, photo sharing, video content, audio messages, and file delivery to designated recipients.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some features require account registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Conduct

• You will not use TimeHugs for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• You will not interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• You will use the Service only as intended, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and will not attempt to bypass any technical restrictions.
• You will not upload content that violates copyright, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• You will ensure you have proper consent from all individuals featured in your Messages.

5. Content and Messages

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us license to store and deliver it as needed for the Service. Ensure you have proper rights and permissions for everything you share, including consent from individuals featured in your messages.

6. Paid Features

TimeHugs operates on a one-time payment basis with no recurring subscriptions. Some features require payment through our credits system, with detailed pricing available on our website. All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Message Delivery

We strive to deliver messages according to your specified conditions, but delivery timing may be affected by technical issues or maintenance. Message delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. You should maintain backup copies of important messages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on TimeHugs are owned by Smartunex OÜ. You may not use our intellectual property without permission, except as necessary for using the Service as intended.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
